Youth Mobility Scheme
The Youth Mobility Scheme is for young people, age 18-31 who would like to have life experience in the United Kingdom for up to 2 years. This scheme runs as a Tier 5, under the Point-Based System.
Who can apply?
If you are age between 18 - 31 years old and have £1,600 in available funds.
British overseas citizen, British overseas territories citizen or a British national overseas can join this scheme.
Also, If you are from;
• Canada
• Australia
• Japan
• New Zealand
You can also participate in this program under the points-based system.
How to apply
First of all, you must get 50 points to be able to apply.

You need to fill in the assessment test at Home office web page. You can check your points from the link below.

If you are eligible, you need to apply to the British Embassy visa section in your country.
How long can you stay for?
If you are given permission to stay under the youth mobility scheme, you will be able to live and work in the United Kingdom for a maximum of 24 months.
You can leave and come back to the United Kingdom at any time during the length of your stay under the youth mobility scheme.
